Online Returns Process

Please see the Online Return Policy page here for information on return eligibility.

Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 30 days of delivery for all USA orders. All online orders purchased from www.usa.bardotjunior.com must be returned to the Bardot Junior USA Online Warehouse only. If your return or exchange is eligible and meets our return conditions, a free returns label will be issued to you electronically. Please email our customer service team at hellousa@bardot.com along with your order number to request a returns authorization number and include the following information;

  • order number
  • name on order
  • style code
  • color
  • size
  • return reason code

Returns received without a returns authorization will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email hellousa@bardot.com for a returns authorization. 

Refunds can be made to the original payment method only.

Unfortunately, for International delivery we are unable to facilitate exchanges via the online store. You are welcome to return only eligible items outlined within our policy and repurchase your new size/item.

Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bardot reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Free return labels are electronically provided and issued by Bardot’s customer service team. We are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this process has not been followed.
